Tip... Print all online data from your old supplier cos you will not be able to log in soon.
Also, when the final payment/ credit is sorted with old supplier, cancel the DD with your bank to avoid cash being accidentally swiped for your account.
I'm going to leave NPower soon and want to learn from the headaches of others if possible!Peace.0 -
Because the Coop will be about £200 a year cheaper than Eon I have taken the plunge and set in motion my switching to them from Eon.
Pity I can't go through a cashback site.:(
I hope I don't live to regret it
I made the same leap yesterday. £240 saving is just too good to pass up even though I've had no problems with Eon.
Have you got the "personalised welcome pack" yet?0 -
Have you got the "personalised welcome pack" yet?
Yes. Got it the next day.
My DD is going to be higher than with Eon but that is because they divided my estimated yearly costs by 12 and I have credit with Eon which was keeping my DD low.
However I should get a large refund from Eon.over 73 but not over the hill.0 -
Not got mine yet. Will give it another 48 hours and chase if I've not heard anything.0
