Disabled badge not shown - UKPC

UKPC has ticketed me for aledgedly not showing my Blue Badge in a disabled space. This is Supermarket etc car park with no charge for 2 hours. Have written to them - badge was on passenger seat. Forgot to put on dash. Gave medical history including short term memory problems. Photo's on their site just show a blurred windscreen due to sunlight reflection. Cannot see dash.
Replied that the 'parking charge has been correctly issued so it will not be waived'. Reduced charge from £100 to £15 with undertaking they will donate 10% to charity.
If I had parked in adjacent bay then no badge needed or charge levied - bit unfair.
What do you advise please

Same advice as for 90% of other new posters - read and understand the NEWBIES thread at the top of the parking board which will tell you all you need to know to deal with this.0

They are in clear breach of the Equalities Act 2010 - Blue Badges have not legal standing on private land. Reasonable adjustments must be made once the PPC has been made aware of the disablility need. You'll pay them nothing and you MUST put a strongly worded complaint in to the Supermarket - they are laible for the acts of their agents.
Have they sent you a POPLA code? It is a 10 digit number on the rejection letter.
UKPC are soooo easy to beat at POPLA0 -
Thanks ezerscrooge. Will keep my money and letter being prepared.
Yes they did give a Popla code - what is relevance?0
