Not unless you successfully appeal the sanction, no.

They don't suspend claims for a fixed amount of time, nor for failing to fulfil your agreement. Do you have the letter explaining why you are receiving no payment?

In your earlier thread you clearly say you have been sanctioned. Is this a different incident?

Low level sanctions suspend the claim and payment. Intermediate and high level sanctions disallow the claim. You then have to reclaim after the sanction period.

Don't forget to request a hardship payment, if you haven't already.

On the other post you say the jobs you apply for aren't recorded as it's outside the universal jobmatch. Your agreement would be likely to be check it everyday . If you apply for jobs outside universal jobmatch you need to record it on the activity history like I said in previous post.. Even if you find no jobs to apply to you need to put down where you have looked. That's probably why they said you haven't been looking, have you asked to see a disability advisor to advise you of jobs and assistance you may need when in a job.

you need to prove that your actively looking for work. you need to keep records of everything, and have proof of applications. the majority of applications don't show up on the universal job match application history, as most are external, so when you apply for jobs that take you to external websites, you need to keep all relevant emails that you get when you apply for jobs.

The woman behind the desk would sent to a DM what you had done, only they can decide to impose a sanction if what you has done isnt what you agreed to do.
If you didn't provide all the jobsearch evidence you need to in with proof of what you have done. In the mean time you can make an application for hardship and a decision will be made if you are entitled to any provision.
