2002 Toyota Verso 1.8 78,000 MILES
As per my previous thread. The dealer has offered to swap for another vehicle.
Based upon what he has online ( not everything he has is ) this Toyota stands out as spacious enough. However never owned a Toyota, though aware of the reputation of reliability.
Anyone able to expand on this for me? Ever owned or driven one?
12 years is an old car, only 78000 in the time seems low, but is showing as only one prev owner.

I've got a 2009/58 1.8vvti T-Spirit. Its a huge step up in terms of quality & reliability from a Zafira, etc. Mine has only just done 57K and I treat it well (servicing; new brakes, etc).
It has to be revved quite hard to get it moving quickly and it could really do with a 6th gear on motorway runs.0 -
Even though it has a low mileage was it serviced every year?
Are there receipts for work done? Good quality tyres or an odd on on each corner? Brakes in good condition?Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

I "think" that engine is the same engine as fitted to the Celica of that era. they were prone to burning oil from memory. Might be worth checking owners forums or doing a quick google.0
