Okay so i'll be honest i got in a few debts a good few years ago. As far as i can tell from my credit record i have 2 debts with Lowell (both for old phone contracts and are due to be statute barred next year). A few personal loans (one from Wonga) from a few years ago- yes it was that bad!
I also had a (large) debt towards rent arrears and have been paying this off. I am now in a position to pay off my debts and have slowly been rebuilding my credit. To be honest i just thought i'd deal with the big debts and ride out the smaller ones.
Lowell in particular are very active in pursuing their debts and have apparently passed my debt to "Scotcall" who are threatening to visit.
I wont lie but up until recently i just binned all the letters, ignored the calls and more recently deleted their daily emails.
What would your advice be? What should be my next steps?

We don't have full information, but it sounds as if Wonga are not really pursuing their debt and the two Lowell/Scotcall debts have not been acknowledged for 5 years.
You're up to date with your rent (priority debt) and now have surplus income for the non-priorities.
Your choices:
Pay in full as a lump sum
Pay in full by instalments
Pay with a settlement deal
Continue to ignore till they go statute barred
If your surplus is less than £50 per month you might qualify for a debt relief order, or you could hold that in reserve in case things go pear shaped. There may be other reasons why that would not be suitable.0
