barclays business

My mother in law passed away approx 2 years ago. She and her husband ran a business although all the paperwork and real running of the business was taken care of by mother in law.

They ran a takeaway and my father in law speaks poor english and isnt at all savy

We recently cleared out some stuff and came across an old bank statement from their business current account at barclays and noticed a charge on the statement for O/D proftection @ £1.92. I can see a charge of £96 for 4 months in 2003 (March, june, sept, dec)
Unfortunately we cant find more statements but i suspect they paid this charge for a long while.

Do you think my wife and her dad could try to pursue a claim? or will we get no where? I dont know where to begin - all thoughts appreciated.
