sports direct none delivery

ordered clothes for summer holiday for me,wife and kids on sunday 27th, friday 1st yodel email parcel will be delivered within next 2 working days (both wife and myself were at work when email recieved)
Friday at 11:20 yodel email parcel delivered and signed for. Wife arrived home to a card saying parcel behind bin, there was no parcel behind bin just a very wet floor as it had rained all day. Asked next door both ways they had not signed for parcel or seen anything.
Contacted sports direct friday have auto response 1-5 days till they will contact with reply. We go away saturday the kids still need the t shirts and shorts my wife and myself dont really need what we ordered.
What should i do now? wait to see if parcel arrives or buy kids clothes again if the parcel arrives send the items back?

    You can call them 0845 1299 230

Also, maybe placing an online order is not a good idea when nobody is available to sign for it.

Great advice, but if a company don't specify a day for delivery do you stay in for several days waiting?

If i had known before the day of delivery my mum could have looked after the kids at my house or even if i had known before i left for work i could have arranged it. I have bought alot of items from the internet and never had a parcel claimed to have been dumped in the rain at the front of my house. I have also ordered from sports direct before and the courier takes them back if a neighbour wont take them in and i just choose a day that suits, this option is on the yodel website.
Im off work tomorrow so ring them

No, you leave a note (when possible) asking the courier to leave the parcel with a neighnour or in a safe place.
