PCM Entered my reg wrong

Hi everyone :)
I received a pcn from PCM the other day whilst parked outside a friends house. There are a few issues and I'd appreciate any advice.

1. They have entered my registration wrong on the ticket

2. The space where I was parked was not marked with a 'V' or a number for a house/flat. I have photos to prove.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Steve

Wait for the Notice to Keeper to arrive if you are the registered keeper, then appeal using the sticky thread by coupon mad, providing this is England or Wales

Start by reading the Newbies Sticky carefully - That outlines the current situation and the steps/procedure/winning arguments needed to see them-off. :)

The actual circumstances relating to your ticket actually means very little to these guys.

    Thank you.

I was thinking of appealing straight off, but maybe it would be best to wait for a notice to keeper to arrive, (which might not happen as they got the reg wrong)?

They will have taken a photograph even if they wrote it wrong on windscreen probably, so you will almost certainly get an NTK. So wait for it.
Newbie thread: go to the top of this page and find these words: Main site > MoneySavingExpert.com Forums > Household & Travel > Motoring > Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Click on words Parking Tickets, Fines & Parking. Newbie thread is the first post. Blue New Thread button is just above it to left.

If they have the wrong reg, you won't get a NtK. Someone else will.

So pays to wait, doesn't it?

    Sounds good to me.
Will keep you posted on the situation that has had me laughing and stressing at the same time!

    Thanks again :)
