Do you mean the FlexDirect current account that pays 5% for 12 months?

    - or an ISA which has possibly just been withdrawn?

Let's ask the question in a slightly different way - how much do you want to save, for how long, what's your tax rate?

It dosnt seem to be easily found under their usual percentage AER ,thingamegigs. phrasing ;it a bit different via Google does provide some answers;& 1 of the main new T&S is ,you will only get 1% if you have held this particulaar account within the last 12 months. Will have to go with the secondary Santander or TSB account or Lloyds :)

I think you are writing about a current account, not a savings account. Current accounts aren't marketed as savings accounts. So did you have a FlexDirect current account in the last 12 months?

Or are you really looking at a savings account?

Current Acc counts may be the New Savings account as Martin, has pointed out recently; Current Accounts ,especailly at the Top end now pay more now & banks are quick to adjust T&C'sto protcet their own interests.

You will have noticed my use of the word "marketed". Martin doesn't market Nationwide accounts, they do.

And have you already had a FlexDirect current account for a year?
