Can anyone help? It has taken me just under 3 years to receive the final letter from FOS agreeing that I was miss sold a ppi charge on a credit card I had for just over 13 years. HFC disputed the initial claim and took it to appeal they lost that appeal and the FOS wrote to me saying it can take up to 8 weeks for them to calculate my payment. 8 weeks falls tomorrow and I have heard nothing from HFC! The number I have for them is just a answer phone giving me options on how to pay money in, no customer service number. I know I can contact FOS to tell them nothing has arrived but have no idea what else they can do. Has anyone else come across this problem???? Can anyone Please help or give advice on this.
