Cooperative £100 Switch bonus

I am having real trouble getting this £100 switch bonus from the Cooperative Bank.

I have switched my old account with 2 direct debits and made a transfer of £800 separately in also, but still no bonus after over two months.

I have rang them THREE times and they have assured me each time that i have done everything correctly and the money would be with me by the end of that week. THREE times nothing has come through.

Have other people had to wait and if so how long?

I am really considering just closing my account with them but i would lose my bonus for sure then wouldn't i?

Suggestions?

Sit back and wait for your £150 (£100 + £50 goodwill).

A question though...why, when the deadline - as given in the offer T&Cs - passed, didn't you immediately make a complaint? Banks get one chance with me...then that's it, we go 'formal'.

Mine arrived on the 32nd day. If it were me I would deal direct with the complaints dept and not just keep phoning their normal customer service.

I emailed the CEO as the last poster suggested and i have got my £100 within the day.

No £50 goodwill gesture but oh well

Just to be sure, I have had a look at co-ops switching t&cs but want to be certain. I had an old current account that I switched to another account back in May this year. Does this mean I will not be eligible for the switching bonus if I apply for another account now (which I have applied for)? It says if you have had an existing account since Feb 2014 you will not qualify. Have I read this correctly and if so, does it still apply, as I pulled the t&c's from the web and want to make sure I have the up to date version. Thanks.
