Value Added Travel?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has any experiences of value added travel please.
Website shows ATOL and IATA badges. I've asked for a quote but would appreciate more knowledge of them.

    There's no VAT on flight fares, so don't ask for a VAT receipt.

    They have been trading for over 6 years, have a licence to sell 2750 seats a year and look entirely legitimate.
