My application was submitted 2 weeks ago, had a request for banks statements and payslips - all sent. A week later request for payslip again which had already been sent to L&C. Today santander have come back requesting the same payslip and saying they are unaware I have 2 jobs. Iv given L&C all this information at the very beginning of the process. The mind boggles at what goes on. My MA has been spot on its the case manager who seems to be slacking
I'm presuming that the rest of the application is ok and asking for confirmation of my 2 wages is procedural.0
