Tesco F&F order given to someone else.

I am looking for some advice. I have recently bought 3 dresses from f&f.
The first one, ordered to collect in store, arrived no problem, I collected and signed for it. She asked me for ID
The second item, collected in store from same lady who recognised me. Didn't ask me to sign anything but did ask for ID.
Today, Tesco said my item had already been collected. I said it can't have because I hadn't collected it. I checked the signature they had. It wasn't mine, but it was the same as the second item and there was also no date. This dress is no longer in stock and I am going away this week
The store did not seem bothered at all.
Any advice would be very much appreciated.

Formal complaint.
I have had 2 orders recently from F&F, only one of which I needed to show id for.:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.0 -
