WTC Question

Basically I have lost my P60 and need to make a new claim for WTC.

I gave them the figures back in June then my claim was closed down and I am now applying again (since then I have lost my P60)

I have estimated the figures for my income, will they just take the estimated figures or the ones I gave from my p60 from before the claim was closed down?

TIA

Why don't your ask your employer for another p60?

If you give estimates when applying, you are normally asked for two years income on your first renewal.
You can try looking at your March payslip if it has a year to date figure.
As a last resort, the tax office might have the figures, but you'd need to call and ask. Sometimes they will give them to you over the phone, other times they'd send a letter. It depends how many employers you had and if you can give enough details.
Anything I post on here is my own personal opinion, and quite likely not the view of my employer. My knowledge may not be up-to -the minute current, but I'll give you the best I can.

I have already given the tax office my figures for the last year then my claim was closed down and that's why on the current form iv had to give an estimate (since lost P60) but they do actually have the figures from my last claim.

Will they treat this as a whole new thing or get the figures from when I renewed back in June before my claim was closed down?

Strop tart was suggesting you ask the tax office, not tax credits.

If you have already given the final figure for 2013/14 then you would have received an awards notice from them with the figure on it.

It is treated as a new claim so they won't automatically check your old one

Thank you and do you know when I will have to give the actual figures in by?
