Barclays PPI Claim

I had one loan approx ten years ago from Barclays. I was sold PPI by the bank clerk although now realise I didnt need as I was a Civil Servant.
I have posted one of their claim forms off, - do I stand a chance?
The loan was for 7K or 8K, paid off in full over 3 years.

On Saturday I got 2 letters from Barclays, one confirming receipt of my claim... and the other, upholding it!
I posted the claim on 6th August, got a letter confirming payout of £4414.80 on the 16th! Happy days.
I might condider putting in a CC claim for Barclaycard, but I remember ticking a box on a paper form.. so am I right in thinking it's unlikely I am covered as I've had the card over 20 years anyway???04.06.12 no debt:beer:
