On The Beach - Misrepresentation?

My daughter has booked a holiday to Mallorca with On the Beach. There are 2 hotels with very similar names the Mariant and the Mariant Park. On their website they had a picture of what turns out to be the Mariant Hotel, but the associated Trip Advisor reviews on their website were of the Mariant Park. My daughter booked the holiday based on the Trip Advisor reviews (thinking it was the much nicer Mariant Park) when infact it is the not very well reviewed Mariant Hotel she has been booked into. Does anyone know what her rights are in this situation? The booking did say the Mariant Hotel, but described it as being in S'Illot when the actual address is Sant Llorenc des Cardassar. The Mariant Park is in S'Illot.

Both hotels are in S'illot and from what I can see they are more or less next door to each other or maybe even the same hotel? The Mariant Park is sold predominantly to the German and Dutch market I think from what I can see, so it may just be that they have different names dependent on who sells it?

I've just looked at the reviews and both seem ok really and seem to have the same pictures for both review pages, with the pool looking the same. Although she liked the reviews for the Mariant Park better, if the pictures and description were correct on the agents site when she booked then there isn't really much come back on it and On the Beach can't really be blamed.

I don't think they're the same hotel as they have different addresses, although the postcode is the same.

But the description wasn't correct on the website - the on the beach website has a copy of the Mariant Park TA reviews beside what we now know is the Mariant Hotel description, so giving an impression that the hotel has a 4 star 73% TA rating when it actually has a 3 star TA 43% rating.

The area code for Sant Llorenc des Cardassar, the actual town is 07530 so the address on TripAdvisor is likely to be incorrect, it happens alot. Although Sant Llorenc des Cardassar is also a municipal district, which S'illot is a part of.
The full address of the Hotel Mariant as per their own website is c/ Llevant, 11 · 07687 Sant Llorenç des Cardassar · S'illot · Sa Coma

If you enter the two addresses into Google maps it shows them as being one minute walk from each other.

I've just had a quick look at their website and it shows the Mariant as a 3* hotel, not a 4* and under the review section it has both trip advisor and guest reviews. The trip advisor section on their website doesn't mention 4* from what I can see? I would call the hotel mariant and ask them to clarify whether or not it is the same hotel?

I would take the reviews with a pinch of salt, the reviewers are highly likely to be reviewing the wrong one.
