Where can I look for cheaper flights to Orlando next Easter?

I have been searching for flights to orlando next easter and they are all coming in at around the £850-900 mark, which for 5 of us is £4000ish and more than we would ideally like to pay! Is there anywhere else I could look to get them a bit cheaper? I was looking at flying out the 2/3/4 of April.

Thanks

Kel

There are no secret sites out there able to significantly undercut the airline's price. If a site advertise such prices chances are the price isn't actually available and/or the site is dodgy. Easter will be a popular time to travel to Orlando so naturally prices are going to be high. They may come down at a later stage if sales are slow.

Try indirect flights which may be cheaper but Easter is absolute prime time for prices to Florida along with Christmas

United are showing flights from LHR to MCO via EWR or IAD for £638, or via ORD for £623, both out 1/4, return 15/4 arriving LHR 16/4

Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the end

    Hi
In the past we have taken indirect routes into America and then into Orlando to save money but it is extra time off your holiday and longer travelling time. Easter is going to be busy no matter what and the stress of the chance of missing your connection and taking those extra hours to get there really isn't worth the extra money that you will save. On the up side Florida is a lovely holiday and worth making a few extra cutbacks running up to your holiday to afford it. I tend to cut back on the treats and eat wierd concoctions from the freezer and cupboards and put the money I would spend towards my hols.

Indirect isn't always that much longer as you clear immigration at first point of call and arrive in often very busy Orlando as a domestic so just walk through.

Arriving into ORL with other direct flights at same time mid afternoon means immigration can take 1hr+ easily and that time is regained indirect as you do this part in your layover

I'm not sure ORL has immigration facilities, but if they do they certainly aren't very busy, and definitely not as busy as MCO ;)

OP might want to compare Tampa or Miami as options then drive to Orlando. Often buying a flight with car (or hotel) can unlock seriously cheaper fares (try it for Orlando too).

Alternatively consider starting your journey in the EU. May get you cheaper fares, but you'll need to position to the EU. However, some EU carriers may try and attract your business by offering good fares if you fly via their European hub. Both add extra time and faff.
