Sticky In Loans Forum Regarding Brokers Practices

Hello,
Could an admin please take a read of:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=66185511&postcount=201
and tell me what they think of this idea?
Basically I think that it would be a good idea to have a sticky on the Loans forum explaining the perils and pitfalls of using "brokers" for applying for loans, and what the necessary steps are for claiming refunds.
The thing is, there are more and more users every day signing up and posting about getting stung for brokers fees. The problem might be able to be avoided altogether if there is info that people can read before they get themselves into a sticky situation. It would also be a great help for people to be able to refer to said sticky to learn how to go about reclaiming their misappropriated monies.
I say this as there are a select few users who seem to take pleasure in acting in a condescending manner and rubbing it in when people make this mistake. It is all well and good saying "oh, we keep having to explain this over and over again", but it isn't like it's being explained to the same users over and over. It is new users that are coming on to the site and needing help. If I myself were a new user I would be very put off of using the site again if I were to be responded to in the fashion that they are.
Also, these people being in a vulnerable position could well be pushed over the edge by some of the poor responses that they receive and I think that we should take this into consideration as people do have feelings after all.
If you feel that you are tired of responding to these threads over and over again, simply ignore the thread and leave someone else to provide an answer. There is no need to make someone feel worse than they already do just to provide a few laughs and giggles for yourself!

Unfortunately, most people come here for information after getting into trouble instead of doing a basic research in advance.
Write the 'guide' (or rename and expand the existing thread) and ask the board guide to add it to the list in the sticky.0
