Your post is difficult to read, but sounds as if you may have been fooled into thinking a Claims Company is the Bank. Did you ring the Bank's PPI claim line or did you ring "PPI Claimline" (a CMC)?makerof2lou wrote: »sorry its so long lol
Certainly, don't divulge your Bank details over the 'phone.
I recommend you conduct your complaint in writing in future, as it appears telephone conversations are causing too many misunderstandings.
Banks don't normally re-open PPI complaints unless new and compelling evidence not in the original complaint is presented, the normal procedure is to refer your rejected complaint to the Financial Ombudsman.0 -
