    RE: POST ONE

MAIL - Free WORLD AT WAR DVDs - #8 of 26 (actually 20 via WHS) - coupon redemption at WHSmith

...however ONLY 20 parts will be available from WHSmith - if you want all 26 you must send away 18 tokens and £9.99 P&P

MIRROR - Free CD - TOM JONES - "LEGENDS II" - #2 of 13 CDs - coupon redemption at Somerfields

Just seen this - I was aware of the Oops.

RE first. I asked at WHS on Saturday if I would need to collect a WaW DVD from the Mail on Sunday. Answer YES. At WHS on Sunday, I was given a NEW "World at War" DVD when I paid for the Mail. Only later did I realise there was no coupon inside the paper. When I bought Monday's Mail I was given the same WaW DVD as Sunday.

re the second - I had read the details more than once but due to a subconcious scotoma I could not actually see the offer as it was fully portrayed. Prior to reading the article I had been misled by another MSEer regards the offer options, and then later at WHS when I enquired about the last 6, they totally backed up this initial information reinforcing the misconception. Reading the article later even confirmed it.

re the last. "3 attempts" ??? I know I accidentally hit "submit" instead of "preview" when posting and at that time I had yet to change the Mirror details from the Sunday's, so I edited and corrected it immediately.
