MAIL - Free WORLD AT WAR DVDs - #8 of 26 (actually 20 via WHS) - coupon redemption at WHSmith
This is exactly the same as was trailed in yesterday's Newspaper thread -- it was NOT in yesterday's Mail on Sunday and the very obvious mistake was not corrected for a full 24 hours.
...however ONLY 20 parts will be available from WHSmith - if you want all 26 you must send away 18 tokens and £9.99 P&P)
This is wrong too. According to the Mail (on Saturday and again today):
..there will be a new DVD every day until Monday, July 30. We will then print details of how you can claim your final six remaining episodes to complete your 26-volume collection.
MIRROR - Free CD - TOM JONES - "LEGENDS II" - #2 of 13 CDs - coupon redemption at Somerfields
It took the OP three attempts yesterday to get this correct!
Although there is nothing wrong in being 'clever' and 'first' by posting at midnight, surely the information posted should be based on fact (e.g. by seeing the actual newspaper before posting details) rather than on guesswork/assumptions or simple misreading of the instructions in the paper. Other posters who have started threads at midnight have not included such erroneous information, but have done a valuable service by initiating a new thread.
