How Do I Make....

Hello Again

Im quite a newbie and this is my second post today..lol :D

I have to make a carrot cake on thursday and need a good recipe....can anyone help me please???

Also, how do I make the cream frosting icing to go on it and in it :confused:

    Made a carrot cake, recommend it to anyone, was delicious. I used the recipe as posted by Judi on recipe thread ( no 48- i think).

    The easiest way to make the frosting is to mix cream cheese (not dairy lea, the cheapest white stuff from the deli counter) with icing sugar to taste. Add finely grated orange/lemon peel if you fancy it. It's the best part of the cake:D
