Halifax 0% fee refund

Just had an offer of 15 months from an old Halifax card - fee is 3% but half of that is refunded after 30 days which really makes it quite tempting, especially as another card balance 0% is coming to an end - but am I missing a trick with the refund? Shame they can't just charge 1.5%

there is no trick.u get half the fee back after 30 days

Mine took 60 days earlier this year, and i believe from memory that the T&Cs say up to 90, but you do get it back.
