Free business/premium eco upgrade using credit cards?

Even worse

Anyway, back to topic. Does anyone know if there's a CC that matches what I need (ignoring credit checks)?0 -
Well there isn't a credit card that will make VS fly where you want them to or that will make BA make more premium cabin seats available, which seems to be the root of your problem. You already know that both these schemes have credit cards available to collect miles/avios (plus there's Amex MR points), so I don't know what more you want answering?0

No. I was wondering if there are other airline operators offering similar scheme.0 -

Every premium airline have an airmiles scheme and almost all have some partnership credit card. Whilst not all will be issued in the UK most are part of groups (eg OneWorld) and its fairly likely at least one airline in the group have a card here and groups allow cross spending of miles.0 -
I meant "free" upgrades/companion tickets. From MSE article, it seems that BA and Virgin are only ones that offer it.0

A 2 minute google found ...
Emirates: http://www.emirates.com/uk/english/skywards/about/partners/banks/mbna.aspx
(With the 150 quid card)
I'm sure there are others out there if you bother to look.0 -

Its a fairly standard perk for premium cards but its no different really than having a bonus of airmiles/avios etc which you can then use on a "free" upgrade/ companion ticket.0
