Recently got a call regarding free fuel for my car, so guess what..... I said yes:o to cut a long story short I now cannot cancel and to add insult to injury, they have taken from my bank account (I had to give details for £1 postage) 1×£1+£79.99+£79.99 !!!
Barclays are looking into it for me but these people need to be named and shamed, I have since read some reviews about the company (I know the story of the stable doors and the horse) and they echo my own problems, what can be done also can I name the culprits on here?
Hope someone has some advice x

Has there ever been a case in all of time of someone cold calling, where it has been a genuine really good deal?
NO!!!!!!!!!
NEVER EVER buy anything, or give any personal information or payment details to cold callers.0 -
A recent thread about this https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4996994 - post #4 blocked their credit card, maybe worth a try - company seems to 'be known to have form'...0

Although it's disappointing that you've lost money here I wouldn't worry too much. You'll make this money back once your winnings from the Nigerian lottery comes through....
Seriously though don't give your card details to anyone you don't know who has just phoned you up with a deal too good to be true!
It's just common sense!0
