UKPC Again

Hi there, Just been into Kidderminster and left my small motorcycle on a paved area next to a car park operated by the above bandits. I have left my bike there on numerous occasions previously without bother.
The attendant stuck a Parking Charge on my handlebars for "Parked on the pavement". The usual BS on the ticket.
Do I need to pay this at any point, or wait for the next communication?
