Maintenance Grant question?

My daughter is in the process of applying to Uni and filling out the on line forms etc. She will be living at home so does not need the maintenance loan, but think she can get some maintenance grant?

Question is when applying for a Maintenance grant parents income has to be declared , but do parents savings get taken into account?? if so what is the limit of income and savings allowed in order for her to get the grant.
