PPI Bogus claim

I have been contacted by a company telling me that I have compensation of £3980 on a loan that I took out for £5000. I know that there was no PPI on the loan and wondered if there is somewhere that I can report this company too. They say I need to pay £230 fees to release the money via a UKASH purchase. I have 2 names and a telephone number. Any help would be appreciated

It is advance fee fraud. Quite a common one. indeed, UKASH seems to be frequently used in these scams.
