Hi I will appreciate your help.
Will some one explain to me when you write to your creditor to supply a copy of the original agreement under the legislation contained within s. 78 (1) Consumer Credit Act 1974 (s77 (1) for fixed sum credit and it also adds that they will have committed a criminal offence if this documents are not received in 28 days.
Well I want to know if 28 days have passed without them sending these documents were do you complaint and how.

...seems to state there is a £1 charge payable (introduced in May 1998 by Statutory Instrument 1998/997).
Has the requirement for a fee been subsequently repealed, or have/haven't you sent it?0 -

If the creditor does not sent you a copy of the agreement after 12 working days the creditor cant enforce the agreement, after another month they commit and offence.
Your request must be accompanied by £10 -
