Hi,
I had a new look store card, which I took out in August 1999. It had ppi automatically attached to it. Santander refused my claim stating that the policy was sold on a "non-advised basis". The policy was not covered by the ombudsmen, but was covered by the finance and leasing association, but they will only get involved if I have new information.
Can anyone help or suggest where I go next?
Thanks

If it was sold on behalf of/provided by GE Money you can try complaining to genworth. That's not a guarantee and it's your last option.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0
