I bought my husband a voucher from buyagift.com for his birthday & because of various reasons, he hasn't been able to make use of it and it's about to expire.
I thought of giving it to relatives but nobody else was able to use it.
I contacted buyagift & was able (at a cost) to either extend the life of the voucher or exchange it (free of charge) for another treat with another 10 months to use it.
I exchanged it and even got a credit note for the unused amount as the new item is in the sale.
I was really surprised that we hadn't lost out - usually with giftcards/vouchers, you have to use them before the expiry date - and very pleased with their service :T
