Stopping the mirror in the bathroom from steaming up after a shower

Options
I remeber reading that you could wash the mirror with something and it would help keep the mist off, but i can't remember what

    Shaving foam!

You rub some on, leave it sit for a bit, then polish off.

Works for a wee while anyway.

    Thanks guys

I'll give the shampoo one a try tommorrow as i have that to hand and the others if they don't work
  • i use a microfiber cloth you can get them in tesco for about £1 you just wipe over the mirror and it takes all the mist off and you can use it just fine.

is great for cleaning windows and mirrors too just need a spot of water in the cloth and just rub it over. i use these everywhere now upstairs downstairs and in the car.
    Still Trying :o

Why not open a window to let the steam out? That'll reduce condensation, and be better for your house and health, too.

  • Anything I can wipe on our bathroom mirrors to stop them misting up when we shower (annoyingly we don't have a window in the bathroom).

Cheaper the better - Obviously! :D

    Cheers!
