    Thanks to all the replies.

I considered going the local route (they buy through euronics BTW) as they supplied and fitted our integrated washing machine a few months ago. When I looked at their website, which linked to the Euronics site, they didn't seem to offer much in the way of integrated FF though.

[FYI (and in reference to the link you posted :)!) we clarified that they would be re-attaching the door in advance, and I honestly have no complaints with their service (still not totally sure whether it totally stacked up in terms of value for money though)].

That said, I might give them a call and see what they can do....I certainly trust them more than currys etc...

    Thanks all anyway
  • As an example this from Currys site:

    ESSENTIALS CIFF5012 Integrated Fridge Freezer
    • Fridge: 160 litres / Freezer: 89 litres
    • Energy rating: A+
    • Freezer defrost system: manual
    • One-year manufacturer’s warranty
    Total capacity 160+89= 249

    Percentage of fridge = 160/249*100=64.25

Therefore fridge freezer split 64.25/35.75. Round up or down to suit yourself e.g. call it 60/40.

Twin compressors usually found on better quality makes of fridge/freezer.

Interesting, didn't realise that's how the split was worked out, doh, makes sense now you say it though.

The appliance doors in my kitchen were 70/30 split so that the bottom lined up with the base units. I therefore purchased what was labelled as a 70/30 fridge-freezer. The fridge is 217litre and the freezer is 60litres, which therefore makes it a 78%-22% split. So it's not really 70/30, more 80/20. Well that probably explains why I had to raise the appliance about 60mm to make the door gaps match up.
