Bank Charges Query

Hi all,
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but could not find an answer to this one.
Currently, we have an account with Barclays, and this has had an emergency reserve facility - chargeable, of course!
We have been using this consistently, due to financial issues (being addressed now), but at a cost of £22 per week.
As we are in extreme financial hardship, does anyone know if we would have the right to try and reclaim these charges, these run into £100's per month?
Many thanks
David

You can make a claim based on financial hardship, they may refund up to six months of fees as a goodwill gesture.
It appears you have been in difficulty for a long time - have you sought advice on managing your debt?0
