Notting hill (London) carnival mass bands, is there a list? cheap deals?

hello all,

this month sees one of the largest outdoor street party's in west London - The Notting Hill 2k14 carnival.

A friend of mine is searching for a list of mass bands who party in the carnival on both days. There are reports of up to 60 mass bands however, a goggle search has not found a realistic list, can anyone help???


Also, as a two day event, some of my friends want to play mass, anyone know any cheap costume deals out there???
