only thing is that thread is from 2007 and if you look, haleyjg hasn't posted since 2010! so I doubt she can help. maybe somebody else might come along who could be knowledgeable though

There isnt a forum expert as such, just lots of us parents who have been thru the process and can offer advice. For help its best to post in the thread mentioned above, as it is the most active. Most people who can offer help are subscribed to the thread, so you usually get a quicker reply, than starting a new thread

Thanks all! I read a post a few weeks ago from a member who said that they were something like a Governor and would be happy to help, so I will read through that thread, thanks again!
