Rights on Mobile Phone - 11 months old, 3 repairs - still not fixed

Hey,
In September of last year, I bought Huawei U9200-1 (Ascend P1) mobile phone. After a few months, it had No SIM Card - the phone was not reading the SIM. I tried a new sim card, different network but the problem still persisted.
I returned it to the Huawei repair centre and they fixed it - “the reported fault has been identified and a full repair has been carried out”.
Then a few months later, in February 2014, the phone broke again. I sent it back, they sent it back to me ten days later and they fixed it, same letter - “the reported fault has been identified and a full repair has been carried out”.
It worked until July 2014 where again I experienced the same problem. I sent it back and again got the same quote “the reported fault has been identified and a full repair has been carried out”. Within it days it is saying no SIM Card.
I reckon in these 11 months, the phone has been with Expansys for about 5-6 of them. If I sent it back again it will be another two weeks and that will make it a total of 8 weeks, which means 18% of my phone's life will have been in repair.
I've missed important messages such as the birth of my sister's son!
What are my rights? I am sick and tired of Huawei and have requested a full refund from Expansys the place I bought it from, will I get it? I cannot afford a new mobile for at least a few months.
What are my rights?
Many thanks,
