Accounts appearing multiple times on Experian!

I checked Experian today and have found that overnight, all 4 of the accounts I held now appear 3 times on the report, thus making it appear I owe triple the debt I actually do. Last night the accounts only showed once each.

What could possibly have happened? I did a balance transfer on my credit cards a few days ago which isn't showing yet, and also updated some out-of-date address details on my file but don't see how that could have caused the accounts to duplicate.

Edit: Just to add, none of these accounts are behind schedule or have been sold to collection agencies. 2 are for old mobile phone contracts long completed and the others are for credit cards, one of which is currently at a balance of £0 and the other just over £100 with no missed payments.
