What does this mean please?

Hi - can anyone please help me work out what Barclaycard have done here? (will have to type as struggling to upload a screenshot)

My account has been listed as 6 months late payment for over 2 years. No default. No payment made by me.


The D means this account is unused and nothing is owed. This is taken from Experian/Credit Expert.


There has been activity recently without any communication from myself.


What does the activity over the last 4 months mean please?


If anyone who has experienced this before or simply understands it I would appreciate a reply. Speculation doesn't really help me as I am able to do that myself.

Looks like they defaulted your account, then put it back to a 6 months late payment.

Should have defaulted within 6 months of no payment.

You need to take a screenshot of that, then write, telling them to apply the default as per the ICO default guidelines.
