Credit card in credit

I was just transferring a couple of balances to one card, and accidentally transferred too much money on one (2000 too much!). This means my other credit card will be in credit - do you know if i'll be able to transfer this credit to my bank account?

They might allow it. Then again they could insist on sending it back to the originating account.

Answer truthfully, was this really an accident? ;)

If you want to draw on the experience of others here you might wish to say which card (as in provider name) is in credit.

As a last resort you may have to request closure of the card to get your cash back.

Presumably you've wasted a BT fee too?
