Help, husband has someone else's debts on his credit report

Hi wonder if you can give any advice. My husband got a letter in (different surname) but had come to our previous address and this one.

When he called the company they said he had an outstanding payday loan, this person has the same first name and d.o.b.

When he did a credit check on noddle, he found 3 other accounts with debts totalling £998 and address links and associations that are nothing to do with him.

What can he do to get these removed and stop anymore.

Thanks for any help

Return the post as obviously has nothing to do with your husband if the surname differs.

Click dispute on noddle, best check the other 2 by getting the £2 reports. Sounds like a useless debt company has linked the debt to your husband. Same happened to my dad, same name and DOB in a similar area of the country. Don't do nothing as this will impact your credit.
