Flight Cancellation

I recently experienced a cancelled flight from the Portuguese Company TAP Airlines. I submitted a claim for compensation through their web site but have heard nothing for over two weeks!

Does anyone know of an address I can write to with my compensation claim for TAP Airlines?

Many thanks in advance for help as I have not been able to locate any sensible mailing address via their web site.

I am really looking for a head office address where I can send a formal letter requesting compensation for a cancelled flight but thanks anyway

Wikipedia says the HQ is Building 25, Lisbon Airport, and the CEO is Fernando Pinto.

This page agrees with the address (although in a slightly different format).

Was the cancellation within 14 days of travel? I think that is the only time compensation is payable.

Outside of that time I think it's an option for a refund or rerouting.
