    Ok, thanks for the update.

    P.s. I hope you received the final meter reading that I emailed? I'm sorry but I can't always provide a "same day" reply to emails. Thanks very much for all your help so far.
  • Oh dear, this all seems to have gone very quiet now, despite those early reassurances that all the questions I'd asked in my complaint would be answered.

    By my reckoning its been 22 working days since I submitted my complaint (I'm not counting Saturdays and Sundays in that total).

    Also no reply to the email I sent on 11.02.15.
