I will be getting new bins for recycling and to make sure they don't vanish I have decided to use stencils (home made to save money) to put my house number on them instead of these sticky numbers which can be removed.
What is the best paint to use that can't easily be removed?
I was thinking of using car spray paint.

Not sure but I'd give the area you're painting a light sanding with some abrasive paper to key it so the paint sticks.0
