The SECC has teamed up with the Hilton to offer tickets to Ricky Gervais and a complimentary night in the luxurious hotel.
Ricky Gervais, Hollywood's "Hottest Brit" and co-creator and co-writer of the two multi award-winning shows The Office and Extras, is going on a national UK tour, with his third live show Fame.
Despite its glamorous title, it is probably the purest stand-up of all his three tours. More anecdotal and autobiographical than before, it allows Gervais to meander and deconstruct everyday life. Everyday life, that is, for someone who is famous in nearly a hundred countries and hangs out with David Bowie and Ben Stiller.
The 5-star Hilton hotel includes an on-site spa, sauna and treatment rooms, fitness centre and 15-metre pool. It is located just minutes from the SECC and many city centre attractions. www.hilton.co.uk</B>
