    Do your gymn a favour and make sure they have non marking soles, especially if you are taking classes etc. and it's on a nice wooden floor

    I don't do classes, do I don't need to worry about marking their floors :)

    I have never spent more than 30 quid on any trainers. Most people I see shelling out big money rarely wear them to exercise. They are more a fashion statement.
    I just go for the cheapest as long as they fit and my current pair of £20 asics has served me well for over 2000 miles of jogging and is still going strong. No need to spend £50+ on trainers imo.
