Dabs taken money on out of stock and cancelled order

So, after calling everyday, finally got a refund from Dabs to my paypal account.....great.....err no.......

Now i have to wait up to 30 days for it to go back on my credit card ! argh.....

To top that my cc bill has now come that includes the charge but not the refund !!!!:mad:

So through no fault of my own i have to cover £785 for the next 30 days......lesson learnt, paypal my old friend we are done.

Is the lesson to not deal with Dabs or not deal with paypal for anything substantial?

In fairness Dabs have been helpful all along but just explain its how paypal works.

So in future i will avoid paypal for large purchases.
