What exactly contradiction have you found?

Well, maybe contradiction was a bit strong; more of lack of clarity on Tesco's part as it's not made clear that the text around Interest Free Period means "After your Introductory Period".

I initially took it as I would only get 0% provided I paid my balance in full, which seemed a bit pointless so was why I wanted to check that wasn't the case.

    Thanks for confirming!

You're not the only one to find this less than crystal-clear. I have seen at least one other poster ask about this in the past.

It doesn't only refer to "After your Inroductory Period" though. Your confusion is due to the subtle difference between not being charged interest and being charged interest at a rate of 0%. I understand why people misunderstand this though and, ironically, people only get confused by this when they have taken the time to try an understand the terms and conditions that they have signed up to, which is more than a lot of people bother to do!
