What percentage do you need to fall under for part exhange?

Just a quick question.

I am going to look at some David Wilson houses that are being built. They say part exchange offered.

My question is, what percentage does my house have to fall below. The houses for sale are around £650k so whats the most mine can be for their part exchange scheme? I had it valued a couple of months ago at £500k
